Listing an item for sale
The seller lists an item for sale. Ater validation by our team, the item is available for buyer. -

Order confirmation
Seller confirms that the order can be delivered to the buyer. Seller can request more information about the order. After 72 hours, if the seller have not confirm transaction, the order is canceled and buyer is refunded. -
5.
Order realisation and dilevery
The seller realizes the order according to your request. He may ask buyer more accuracy if necessary. After realisation, the seller deliver his item to the buyer. -

Order finalisation
After validation, the order is closed by the seller. Won amount is added to the seller account.

Order validation
The order is validated by our team to ensure consistency between order and sold item and verifying that paiement is correctly done. -

Seller checkout
Sellers is paid on the 15th of every month. The minimum payout amount is €50.

Making an order
Buyer finds an item that he likes, orders it directly or adds it to the basket, and pays for it. -

Giving information
Some items have to be customised to your need, in this case you have to give information to the seller by adding a comment on the order page. -

Dilevery validation
Buyer validates that the delivered item match his description. Buyer can request a correction and a little modification. -

Rate the seller
Buyer rates seller and comments the item which help other buyer.
